Dear Chautari Colleagues,
Its time for our next Chautari get-together. As per schedule it will be held on Saturday, July 25 from 2PM to 4PM. About the venue, we have submitted request for a meeting room in thePyle Adult Recreation Center next to Tempe Public Library. Parking won’t be an issue here. If we don't get place at this center, then we will meet in ASU. Anyway, I will send a follow up email confirming the venue in my next email.
Our friend and Assistant Professor of School of Community Resources & Development, Arizona State University, Gyan Nyaupane will be giving a presentation on the next meeting. He will speak about “One Heritage, Multiple Meanings: The Prospects and Challenges of Buddha’s Lumbini”. Please come prepared for an interactive session…..
It would be good to have some munchies as they bring more interest and also help digest the session/knowledge…So please plan on bringing some snack/drinks.
Best,
Satya Chataut
